we are looking for at good and experinced logistik coordinator, to coordinate all travels for our tech.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Logistical Functions: • Travel arrangement and bookings, such as flights, car rental, hotels, etc.
• Travel costs approval and constant optimizations in order to achieve best possible cost-outs • Securing sufficient and correct manpower on all operational projects •
Communicating all travel activities, both internal towards project department and external towards employees or subcontractors • Securing internal and external transport solutions, e.g. transport of tolls and equipment Administrative Functions: • Securing best possible subcontractor setup, e.g. in the form of long term frame agreements and discount models, etc.
• Weekly management reporting upon manpower planning and logistical activities.
• Secure participation upon weekly stand-up meetings and general all planning meetings Internal Support functions:
• Supporting management with ad-hoc, administrative and/or logistical assignments, towards shared interest of Navitas best-practice.
• Close cooperation with HR, in order to secure correct and optimized manpower planning and onboarding of new employees.

• Logistical and planning mindset on high level • Open minded and curious upon any potential improvements • Making sure to finish any instructed tasks with 100% completion. • Self-driven approach
HARD SKILLS
• Shipping education and/or high level of shipping experience • Project management competences and/or coordination skills • Microsoft office skills and general data analysis skills
